EX3301-TD - Voipfone connection issue (LLDP)

Have recently changed internet provide from BT to Voneus who have supplied the Zyxel EX3301-TD router. Wifi connection /speeds are great with no issues.
My problem is that I sometimes work from home and use a company phone (SNOM D713) which simply plugs in using ethernet cable. (Please note: This is completely separte to the phone number on my Voneus service) Unfortunately when connecting to the new Vonueus service/ Zyxel router the phone attempts to start up, displays "sending DHCP req" before rebooting and looping as such continuously. I spent many hours troubleshooting before contacting the support number of the supplier of the fone service who inform me that this is a known issue caused by the Zyxel router sending blank LLDP packets and the Snom phone not being able to ignore causing the perpetual looping. I was informed that Zyxel are look looking at this issue but Snom are potentially looking for a fix,
Is there any advice on how I can resolve as this is causing a big issue and may need to revert back (unfortunately) to previous supplier?

So configure this IP phone with a fix local adress of your local net in the IP tel and in the Router .
If it has an Adress you van configure it .
When Problems try with deactivated sip.ALG in the NAT section .
May be neccesary using other ports then the common Voip ports if you use paralel build in phone and IP phone .

I think you can override DHCP and give a IP adress coupled on the MAC Adress of the IP tel .
"static DHCP"
