nebula trial license blocks activation of purchased gold license.

How to remove the trial license? I have tried all possible from my site. Nothing works.

I have read a discussion here it needs to be cancelled-removed from Zyxel.

    To assist you further, could you please send us the following details via private message:

    1. Device MAC address and serial number (S/N) for the device where you need to cancel the trial license.
    2. Organization and site name in Nebula Control Center (NCC) where the device is registered.

    Also, please ensure that Zyxel Support access is enabled on your Nebula CC to facilitate further assistance. We'll do our best to get this sorted out quickly!

    Hi @Jendapl

    To deactivate your Nebula trial license, go to Nebula Control Center, then navigate to Org-wide > License & Inventory > Trial. From there, select “Deactivate” next to the specific trial license you'd like to deactivate.

    If you've followed these steps and the issue persists, please provide us with your device’s S/N and MAC address, and activate Zyxel Support access on your Nebula organization.
