I have an question. We are working on an project. We have many (old) customers who still has the Zywall 110. But the question is. Which zyxel is still active, and to which customer does it belong. I know how i can find out which zywall is still active, but from the myzyxel portal i cannot see to which customer. But we have for many zywalls documented which mac address belongs to which customer. So it would be great if there is an way to get an export of the myzyxel portal. (mac adress and active/inactive etc) We want to replace all those devices offcourse

yours,

dennis

    Hi @Dpj ,

So, to clarify, would you like to export a list of all Zywall 110 devices under your MyZyxel account that includes:

    • MAC addresses
    • Active/inactive status

If yes, you can get the list manually by:

    1. Go to My Devices
    2. Search by the model name (please ensure correct spelling)
    3. Copy the list to Word/Excel…

Tip: You can also add customer names using Custom tags for easier management in the future.

    Hi @Dpj ,

Which zyxel is still active, and to which customer does it belong.

Are you asking about which Zyxel devices are currently supported (not End-of-Life)?

Let me confirm if I understand your requirements for the MyZyxel portal:

    • You need a filtering feature to identify EOL devices
    • You want a column to record customer information for each device
    • You'd like the ability to export a list containing: Device MAC addresses, Serial numbers, and Customer information.

Please let me know if I've understood your needs correctly.

No its not about which zyxels are end of life.

We have a lot customers still with the zyxel zywall 110. this one is end of life.

But in the past we didn't register well to which customer the 110 belongs. So in the zyxell portal i see an mac address, and active / inactive.

I would like to have an export of this information. We found an way to retrieve from current customers the mac address of the gateway, so we can compare this information.
