[Nebula] How to check if you are not receiving App or Email Notifications?

If you are not receiving notifications from the Nebula Control Center (NCC), whether through the mobile app or email, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
1. Check Notification Settings in Nebula
Make sure that notifications are enabled for your account, ensure that the correct events are selected for notification.
2. Verify Your Email Settings
Make sure the email associated with your account is correct and active. Check email spam/junk folder, sometimes notification emails may end up in the spam or junk folder. Add Nebula email addresses to your white list.
3. Verify Mobile App Notifications
Ensure notifications are enabled on your mobile device, ensure notifications are allowed on Apps > Nebula. Make sure Do Not Disturb mode or other notification-blocking settings are disabled.
4. Test with a Different Admin Account and Device.
If your notifications are still not coming through, try logging into NCC with a different administrator account or use another device to check if that account can receive notifications.
