A device has disappeared from my inventory list

Hello,

I enrolled a NWA50AX wifi access point in an organization about 2 weeks ago.
A user told me today that this AP is flashing green and impossible to connect to.
I went to look in the Nebula organization and indeed, the AP is no longer part of the inventory. When I try to add it with the serial number and MAC address, I get this error message: “Device is already registered by another user. Add the device by scanning its QR code using the Nebula Mobile APP”.

Any advices ? The AP is too far from me, I can't reset it now.

    I succeeded by installing the mobile app, took a picture of the AP's QRcode and went on to force the AP to leave the organization where it was located. She's back in the right organization and the wifi devices are connecting fine.
