FWA510 V1.18(ACGD.4)C0 - Random reboots

Hello everyone,

we are testing an indoor 5G router, it went offline some days ago because we changed contract with our ISP:

Since then we noticed some random behaviour like:

• 2024-11-02 11:08 complete reboot
• 2024-11-02 11:14 red world icon, SIM blinking then green world icon and SIM blue
• 2024-11-03 12:40 complete reboot
• 2024-11-03 13.05 complete reboot
• 2024-11-04 17:47 complete reboot
• 2024-11-05 11:52 complete reboot
• 2024-11-05 21:09 complete reboot
• 2024-11-05 21:34 complete reboot
• 2024-11-06 2:26 complete reboot

No human action was done in this environment. I'm pretty sure that it has done other reboots a part from the list above mentioned.

Is it a normal behaviour when the router could not reach internet?

Could you help disable the network monitoring feature to verify if the FW510 random reboots? The path is Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular WAN .

The network monitoring feature checks the Internet connection and it might reboot the mobile router as a final process if there are no Internet connections in the previous processes. If this helps, please ensure the Internet connection is stable.

after some days of monitoring I can confirm that disabling that option stops the auto reboot process.
