increase IPS range

I need to increase my IPS range from 254 ips to 512, how can I do this configuration on the Firewall Flex 200?

Would it just be changing the Subnet Mask to 255.255.254.0 and the Pool Size to 512?

Because your on 192.168.10.1 the change to this subnet is not a problem if your IP was 192.168.9.1 then the gateway may need to be changed to 192.168.8.1 due to how subnet IP is done

So with the change you need to increase the IP pool if needed

yes change to 255.255.254.0 subnet will give you 192.168.10.1 - 192.168.11.254

Hi @Gel,

Does "increase IPS range" mean to enlarge your ethernet interface IP subnet? If yes, as @PeterUK mentioned, you can change the subnet mask column in the IP address assignment from "255.255.255.0" to "255.255.254.0". Then you will be able to change the DHCP pool size.

Is this exactly what I want to do, just put the netmask to 255.255.254.0? Once this is done, do I need to do any more configuration on the firewall?
