Hello I have a nxc2500 device licence but I can't activate it .

    Hi @adminnsu,

    Please help to check if you did not activate the license with the below process:

    1. Register your NXC2500 and the license to your account.
    2. Power on your NXC2500 and configure it to access the internet and resolve the domain name.
    3. Make sure there's no firewall policy/rule that blocks "d.myzyxel.com" and port 443.
