As part of the updates in Nebula Control Center (NCC) version 18.20, Zyxel Networks has streamlined the login experience by removing the Nebula Orchestrator landing page. This change simplifies user access to Nebula’s main portal and anticipates the scheduled end-of-service for Nebula Orchestrator by 2026. Overview of the Nebula Orchestrator Landing Page Removal

Previously, users logging into the Nebula portal were presented with a landing page where they could select between Nebula Control Center (NCC) and Nebula Orchestrator. Starting with the 18.20 release, this landing page has been removed, and users will now go directly to the NCC login page. This change:

• Simplifies the Login Process: Customers no longer need to select a portal, saving time and making access to NCC faster.
• Addresses Reduced Orchestrator Usage: Usage of Nebula Orchestrator has decreased, making the landing page unnecessary for most users.
• Aligns with the End-of-Service Plan: Nebula Orchestrator will officially reach its end of service at the end of 2026. Until then, users with registered devices on Orchestrator can still access it directly via specific login methods.

Accessing Nebula Orchestrator Post-Removal

For customers still using Nebula Orchestrator, Zyxel has taken steps to ensure uninterrupted access:

• Informational Notifications: Zyxel has sent out emails (EDMs) to all customers with registered devices on Nebula Orchestrator, informing them of this change and providing a direct link for Orchestrator access.
