Always any trojans on NAS326 shares

the Trojan:Win32/LNK!MSR can not be deletet successfully on a shared drive from Zyxel NAS326

i used divers malware scanner to delete the trojans, but the malware keeps coming back

As a Win32 worm cannot run on a Linux/Armv7 box, I guess an infected Windows client keeps putting the file on that NAS.
