How to set the static Ip between Zyxel NR7302 and access point Tplink.

Hello,

I try to set the static IP first in " Home Networking" after in the " routing" section but nobody of this is correct. The Zyxel is setting automatically other Ip like 10.208.233.40.

Do you know how to set correctly?
