Can Not Change Ownership In Nebula

I am trying to change ownership of devices we managed for a customer now that they are leaving. However, the Change Ownership option is "greyed out". What must we do to transfer those 12 devices to another owner?

    Hi @RGMConsulting,

    May I know if the organization owner is the same as your customer? If yes, you don't need to change the owner since the device's owner is the same as the organization owner.

    In addition:

    1. The owner transfer button transfers the organization owner, not the device owner. You cannot click the owner transfer button if you are not the organization owner.
    2. If you only want to transfer some of the devices in this organization to another owner, please download the Nebula APP and use it to scan the device's QRcode to register with the new organization. Download here: Android version iOS version
