Deactivate old ZyWall IPSec VPN license

Hi, i've reinstalled windows on a computer that had ZyWall IPSec VPN installed, and while trying to reconfigure the VPN i can't use my license key as it's still active on the previous installation. How can I get the previous installation deactivated to release the license?

After reviewing the license key your shared, it's a perpetual license. The perpetual license is EOL and stop support on April 1st, 2023.
