nwa50ax no wifi after working fine for a month
As the title says i have a nwa50ax, which worked fine for a month or so.
Last few days it started working worse: less coverage, wifi connection super slow.
Today i tried rebooting it and then it stopped working, nebula app says it's online, but no wifi is visible from 5 different devices, altough ssid is enabled and the ap led is a steady green light .
Firmware is V7.00(ABYW.2)
Has anyone had the same issue? What can i do to make it work again?

Hi @n_9,
Could you help to enable Zyxel support access so we can check? Also, please share your organization's name with me.

Hello, thanks for the quick reply, I've enabled zyxel support access as requested. There's a single organization within the account, named Home.
After another reboot wifi is back again but the performance is terrible.
I run some speedtest when I installed it a month ago and a few moments ago.
Last month results were 30 Mbps in download
Today I can barely reach 1Mbps,
No issues on a PC wired to the router, this only applies to wifi devices.
Thanks

Hi @n_9,
Thanks for the privilege. After checking the event log and the client list, I found this is because the clients' signal is not good.
How far are these clients from your AP? It is recommended that you place your AP as near as possible to your clients.

Devices are spread in a raius from 3 to 10 meters to the ap, a few being on another floor.
I've run a few speedtest in the same spots where I run them a month ago after setup. I can assure you the AP was performing better, the signal is now weaker than before on each wifi device.
I also issued a ticket with my local carrier to check if the problem could be also related to their router (wifi is disabled on this one), altough I had no trouble with wired devices so far.
I did notice a speed decrease in my internet connection by doing a speedtest via wired PC but the difference doesn't match the speed I get on wifi devices.
Should I try a rollback to a previous firmware?
Is this possible?
Thanks

Hi @n_9,
The firmware version should not be a problem since we did not receive a throughput issue related to the latest firmware version. I noticed that most of your clients are using 2.4GHz, could you create a new SSID that only provides a 5GHz signal to test? Using 2.4GHz might not perform well because of its channel width limitation.
In addition, you need to enable the "Advanced mode", so you can configure the SSID's band mode.
Click the "Edit" button to configure.
