This issue may occur if the device’s time clock is incorrect.

To resolve this:

  1. Verify the NTP sync status on the access point, ensure that UDP port 123 for NTP traffic is allowed.
  2. Update the DNS server settings to 8.8.8.8 to avoid DNS resolution issues.

These steps should help the access point synchronize time correctly and restore the missing information on the Nebula platform.
