Why my AP IP address does not change when change LAN 1 port settings on AP & port settings page?

The AP management uplink port need to be configured in AP detailed page (By navigating to Nebula » Devices » Access points » Click the AP you want to modify AP management IP address settings), instead of LAN port configuration located at AP & port settings page.
