Suppose your device was initially set up to connect to the internet but faced connectivity issues. Here are steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

  1. Check if the uplink network connection of your Access Point (AP) is normal. Ensure that the network cable and connected port are functioning well.
  2. Verify the LED status of your AP and make sure there are no abnormal indicators. The common LED indicators of Nebula devices are here.
  3. Confirm the settings of your network firewall or router, ensuring that communication between your AP and Nebula is allowed.
  4. Try restarting the AP.
