If the error occurs when a device (STA) connects to the SSID, ensure the correct password is used:
- Make sure to enter the password correctly, checking for spaces or special characters.
- Go to Configure > Access points > SSID advanced settings to verify the password.
- For detailed steps, refer to Blocked by Key Handshake Fail Log
If your problem persists and no other device can log in except specific ones, it is advised to:
- Double-check the password on all devices.
- Update the passwords exactly as configured in the SSID settings, ensuring no extra spaces.
