This issue is often caused by the Ethernet cable connecting your AP to your network. Here are a few things to check:
- Cable Quality and Connections: Ensure both ends of the Ethernet cable are securely plugged into the AP and your network device. Use a high-quality Ethernet cable rated for Gigabit speeds. Older or lower-quality cables may not support higher speeds.
- Switch Port: Try connecting your AP to a different port on your switch. This can help determine if the issue is with the specific port.
If you've tried these steps and the issue persists, consider cross-testing with another operational AP.
