When your Zyxel Access Point (AP) blinks between amber and green, it means that the AP is managed by the Nebula Control Center (NCC) but is currently unable to connect to it.
Possible Causes:
- Gateway not reachable
- Blocked TCP/UDP ports by firewall or ISP
Steps to Resolve:
- Check network connection: Ensure your device has an active Internet connection and firewall rules are not blocking access to the Nebula Cloud.
- Use static DNS: Set the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 to avoid conflicts with default DNS settings.
You can find more information on checking the cloud control status in this guide.
