Steps to Resolve:
- Open the web version of the Nebula Control Center (NCC) and go to the "Access Points" section from the menu to check the status of your AP.
- Ensure that your AP is not operating in limited speed mode (10/100Mbps). This issue is usually caused by the quality of the Ethernet cable or potential issues with the switch/gateway port.
