Why are my access points going offline randomly?

Your access points might be going offline due to a network connectivity issue that disrupts the connection between your access point and the Nebula Cloud Center (NCC).
The event log messages like 'netconf disconnection' and 'Nebula connection failed: gateway unreachable' indicate potential interruptions.
To resolve these issues, follow these steps:

  • Ensure your upstream devices (firewalls, routers) are not causing disruptions.
  • Consult your ISP to confirm network stability.
  • Configure your firewall to allow traffic on TCP port 4335, as blocking this port can hinder NCC connections.
