Why do users need to re-login daily despite having a valid voucher?

This issue is often caused by the 'Reauth time' setting in the SSID configuration. The 'Reauth time' determines how often users must re-authenticate.

To adjust the setting:

  1. Navigate to Site-wide > Configure.
  2. Select Access points > SSID advanced settings.
  3. Find the Captive portal advanced setting section.
  4. Modify the 'Reauth time' as needed.

Note: While you can increase the duration to a maximum of 30 days, full deactivation of the re-authentication requirement is not supported for security reasons.
