Why is the Auto upgrade of firmware not working on Nebula?

The issue with the firmware auto update not working may be related to synchronization problems with the NTP server. If the Access Point (AP) is unable to sync with the NTP server, it cannot report real-time data to Nebula, which can disrupt the auto-update process.

To resolve this, check your firewall or ISP configurations to ensure that traffic to the *.pool.ntp.org domain is not being blocked. Once the AP successfully connects to the NTP server, the auto-update functionality should work as expected.
