Why are some APs offline on my SNMP monitoring tool?

If you have activated SNMP on your Zyxel access points (APs) but some APs are not showing up or remain offline on your SNMP monitoring tool (like Zabbix), it is likely due to the current lack of SNMP support in specific AP models. The models NWA90AXNWA55AXENWA50AXWAX50AX Pro, and WAX90AX Pro are designed primarily for home and small business use and currently do not support SNMP.

For better management and monitoring, Zyxel recommends using the Nebula Control Center (NCC), which provides a user-friendly and efficient way to manage APs.
