In the "Site-wide -> Clients" section, the displayed message "Maximum block policy for the wireless client is 512 entries per site" refers to the total number of 'block' policy entries that can be set under "Site-wide -> Clients -> Show policy clients".
Currently, the limit for 'block' policy entries is 512, and the limit for 'allow' policy entries is 256.
