Why does My Nebula mobile router not recognize every SIM card?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Restart the device with different SIM cards to check if the issue persists.
  2. Ensure the SIM card is inserted into the device before turning it on.
  3. Insert the Micro-SIM card with the chip facing down and the beveled corner at the top left.
  4. Check the mobile information on the device's interface. The SIM status should be shown as 'Available'.
