Why does My Nebula mobile router not recognize every SIM card?

Please follow these steps:
- Restart the device with different SIM cards to check if the issue persists.
- Ensure the SIM card is inserted into the device before turning it on.
- Insert the Micro-SIM card with the chip facing down and the beveled corner at the top left.
- Check the mobile information on the device's interface. The SIM status should be shown as 'Available'.
