On the mobile router System Monitor > Cellular WAN Status page, this displays the Signal Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) in dB, which is another measure of signal quality. The SINR is used by the User Equipment (UE) to calculate the Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) that it reports to the network. A negative SINR value indicates that the interference and noise are greater than the signal strength.
