"Device xxxxx is already registered to this account" when scanning QR code

There are no devices in my site but when I try to add one ot states it's already registered to my account. Where I can set up this device?

    Hi @Synthacon ,

    We believe that your device is registered to the same MyZyxel account that you use to log into the Nebula portal.
    The Nebula mobile app is specifically designed for adding devices that are registered to different accounts into your Nebula portal account.

    So, in your case, we recommend you going to Nebula portal > Device > Click Add button and type the AP's MAC address and series number to add the device to your Nebula site.


    If you still couldn't add the device to Nebula site, please send us the following information via private message:

    • Device MAC address and serial number
    • Your Nebula organization, site, and account details
