Multy X App Problem

Hi, I'm having major problems with the Zyxel Multy app. When I start the app, I can perform the basic configuration, but as soon as it shows that wifi has been successfully set up, the app freezes. I have tried the app on various smartphones: Samsung S23 with Andrid 14, Huawei Y6 2019 with Android 9, Samsung Galaxy A7M Huawei LYA-29.

But I can't complete the configuration on any smartphone. I installed the app from the Playstore, it doesn't work. I then tried the 2.6.3.240201_production.apk, but it doesn't work either.

I can connect to the configured WLAN, but the app does not start and only shows me that the service is not available.

If the app doesn't work, then as an IT service provider and dealer I can no longer manage the devices that have been in operation at my customers for some time. I have a customer who has 6 Zyxel Multy Xs running, one of which is now defective. Unfortunately, I can't integrate a new one.
