FWA710 on 3 network UK - slow speeds?

New zyxel user here, just got a FWA710 for a specific site, approx 50M from nearest Three 5G mast with perfect unobstructed line of site.

Still only managing to get approx 100mbps download when connected, despite my phone on the same connection running at between 800-900mbps (both results from speedtest.net).

I'm a bit new to all this so unsure where to start, are there any settings or anything which I could have got wrong? Signal strength seems excellent, any ideas why the speed isn't that great?

Could you share with us how you tested the FWA710's speed and the topology between the FWA710 and the test device?

Also, please make sure that the Preferred Access Technology includes the 5G option.

The speed was tested by using speedtest.net on a wired connection (gigabit ethernet)

The topology between the router and the test computer is:

FWA710 > POE Switch > Switch > Computer

Switches are all Ubiquity Unifi.

Using the "in-built" test in the Zyxel Air app gives much slower results still?

I'm sure that the Preferred technology was 5G although I'll double check when on site today
