[NEBULA] Issues: WPA authenticator requests disconnect: reason 1. Interface:wlan-1-1 Station
Hi Guys,
I have just taken on a new job. One of my fist issues is issues with zyxel AP constantly going up and down. When check the logs I get the following:
WPA authenticator requests disconnect: reason 1. Interface:wlan-1-1 Station: B8:63:4D:C3:4E:45
Have tired upgrading the firmware but issue continued. Would be very gratful for any suggestions as I'm stuggling to find the cause of this issue

Hi @McGric ,
When the first time you connect the AP to NCC, it needs to firmware upgrade and gets the configuration from NCC, so it's normal to up and down for some times. However, if your AP keeps up and down, please check your Internet status and make sure the firewall rule is not blocked the ports in HELP> Firewall info.
As @RUnglaube said, the log you mentioned is related to the station but not AP, so please check the Internet and firewall rule first.
Thanks.

So your AP is becoming online/offline on NCC? That log is related to the the client disconnection, that's why it includes a 'Station' field and it's not related to AP connectivity with NCC.
