I have model AM3100-B0 and firmware version V5.17(ABNY.9)E0 and cant seem to get parental control to work. I have tried to change AM to AM and PM to PM but nothing that i have registered in the PC seem to work. Any suggestions?

according to the website, maybe AM3100 does not support parental control. I think you can check it where you buy AM3100.
