SCR50 AXE trial licence is valid or not?

Hello, I'm using Nebula accessing my SCR50 security router with trial licence. At some configuration poins the message appears:

"This organization is using the Base Pack version of Nebula.Advanced features can be unlocked by purchasing a Nebula Plus or Pro Pack License".

Clicking on it brings up the licence and inventory screen and informs me this device unlicenced (expired). Q: do I get the full or only limited features by Nebula? Why get this warning when I'm in the mid of trial period?

According to our policy, you should have access to all features with your 30-day Nebula Pro Pack trial.

Could you please specify which feature or menu displays this message? If possible, please share a screenshot with us.

Also, please enable Zyxel support and provide your Nebula organization/site name either here or through a private message (accessible via My Account > Message).

Hi @Feco ,

We were unable to access your Nebula Organization/Site. This may be because Zyxel support access has not been enabled yet.

Regarding the message displayed at the top of your screen - this is normal during the Nebula Pro Pack trial period and will only disappear once you activate an official Nebula Pro Pack license. Please note that you still have full access to all Nebula Pro features as long as your trial period is active.
