Why am I unable to execute the cloud firmware version check on the firewall?

Question :
The user may encounter a situation where they cannot execute the cloud firmware version check on the firewall. In this case, the latest version will display as 'None,' as shown below:
What could be the possible reason for this issue, and how can it be resolved?
Answer:
The possible reason why the user cannot execute this check could be missing some Agency Permission Management configurations in MyZyxel. If the user encounters this issue, please navigate to Agency Permission Management > Detail.
Then navigate to Agency Permission Management > Edit > and check if 'Email notification of new firmware available' and 'Device notification of new firmware available' options under My Account are set to Yes.
Note:
The default permission options under the Reseller are set No and the user cannot change it.
