Zyxel Nebula FWA710: Online Gaming Problem

Hi there,

I've got a FWA710 connected to a PoE-Switch XMG-108HP. Everything works fine, except Online Gaming Platforms (Steam, Epic, Battle.Net, …) - these applications do not connect. Any ideas?

Based on our testing, we can successfully connect to all the gaming platforms you mentioned when using the FWA710 network. To help troubleshoot your connection issues, we suggest:

1. Testing your SIM card in another mobile router to determine if your ISP has any gaming-related restrictions.
2. Checking your FWA710's firewall settings by going to:GUI > Security > Firewall > Access ControlLook for any ACL rules that might be blocking access to gaming platforms.

Thank you for your answer.

1. The same SIM card works fine in another 5G Router of a different brand.
2. No ACL rules were set, the router is basically in factory default settings.
