When Security Router USG LITE 60AX is offline from the Nebula, it appears to be physically connected but unable to communicate with the Nebula Control Center (NCC).

This could be due to several reasons: your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have blocked the ports required for communication with the Nebula platform, there may be intermittent connection issues, or there could be an IP conflict within your network.

To troubleshoot, first check whether your ISP has blocked TCP ports 4335 and 6667.
