update to ABUV11 the NR7101 disconnected from LTE/5G. No way to make it working again.

Revert to V10.

Hi! Have running the ABUV.11 with

RG502QEAACR13A05M4G_ZYXEL

the Modem firmware has been provided by A1 in Austria via Update . But is also running with Hutchinson DREI here in AT.

Can somebody provide the modem Update file RG502QEAACR13A05M4G ? or ist this A1 only

Zyxel named their latest official firmware RG502QEAACR13A04M4G_ZYXEL but earlier firmwares QEAAAR.

Official firmware can´t autoupdate or download from GUI, you need first to download separately from their official page and then update modem in GUI with the ZIP-File.

I have two NR7101 on V.11 with the following module firmware RG502QEAACR13A03M4G_Zyxel and RG502QEAAAR13A03M4G_BETA_ZYXEL_20240522A. Apparently no upgrade path, as they require A02 or A04 module - attempts to use any of the published files result in «illegal image» error… any ideas?

Note that it seems this version blocks in the modem configuration (AT commands) the REGION in which it is supposed to operate i.e. it doesn't respect the "Data Roaming" setting from the webgui, but instead gets stuck in some region (which might be Austria given this firmware comes from an operator), hence likely refuses to operate in your country. Only option seems, anytime the zyxel reboots, to go in the WAN settings, disable roaming, apply settings, wait, re-enable roaming, apply settings, wait, and then it should be good. Or go back to v10.
