How to transfer SecuReporter's log to another account

This post shows you how to transfer the SecuReporter's log to another account.
Please see the steps below:
- Before the owner changes on myZyxel.com, log in to SecuReporter with the original device owner. And choose "More" at the upper right corner, then click "Organization & Device"
- Click "Request Transfer Logs" for which device you're going to transfer to the new account
- Then, you'll see a pop-up window where the system confirms which account you want to transfer the log with. Since we will transfer to another account, please click "Different Account," type the correct account, and press "Request"
- You'll receive a notification letter from us as below screenshot
- After you receive the notification letter, you can transfer the device owner. When you transfer the device owner, you must log in to SecuReporter with new account. Find the device in the "Organization & Devices" > Device and click "Claim Device"
- Please choose the belonged Org for the device and name this device, then click "Next"
- Please select "Import analytics & logs from existing device," and choose device which you want to import the log then click "Next"
- Choose the Protection Policy and agree it, then click "Done"
After you click the "Done", you'll see the log has been transfer to the device.
