How to access APN, proxy-server and GPRS settings on ZyXEL Keenetic 4G III

I've got router ZyXEL Keenetic 4G III which I use with LTE 4G USB Modem with SIM card
Used to work OK, yet recently the Internet connection is being lost too often. The Provider (the one who issued the SIM) suggested to make sure that APN is set to the address they provided, proxy-server is turned off connection type is set to GPRS.
User manual suggest to go to 192.168.1.1 to access settings, yet I cannot find there neither of the three settings my provider requires.
How shall I handle this?
