Usglite60ax Non-Nebula vpn not monitoring

Our customers who use usglite60ax to make a non nebula site to site vpn do not see the connection status information in the vpn monitor section. I checked in 1-2 more places to be sure. I can't see that it is neither connected nor disconnected. In the picture in the image, there is an atp100 running on the other side and although the vpn is active, I can't see the status of the vpn connection in nebula. I think this happened after the last nebula update.
