My NAS326 hard disk no longer sleeps

Since Firmware upgrade to V5.21(AAZF.18) my NAS326 hard disks no longer enter sleep mode. Settings for HD Sleep still same as before. I never changed any setting. How do get get back my hard disks sleep mode?
