Firewall reboot randomly

I have an ATP700, ATP500, and USG 210 firewall, and they randomly reboot on their own. I already have the last firmware, what can I do?

Since USG 210 has reached the end of its life (EOL), our support services for this particular model are now restricted.

For the ATP 700 and ATP 500, could you help to collect the diag info after the issue happens so we can investigate this issue? Please also provide the issue happen time, your topology, the number of your clients with us.

Thank you for your answer, I will do it as soon as it will happen again and unfortunately I'm sure it will. If we will not fix this issue I have to decide if I have to change them with other brand.
