QR Code Missing

I have removed a Nebular NSW100-10P from a the portal, and trying tom set ip up on another organisations portal but using the Nebular android APP, i have received the usual "Device is already registered by another user" message, but the QR code is partially missing and is not recognised, so have tried the manual input, but the process stops without the ability to add it to the new site.

Can you help?
