Invalid ZIP code

I am trying to get a license for one of our device but I am unable to make the purchase as the marketplace keeps saying I have entered in an invalid zip code?

Please can you help with this.

The reason could be:

1. Your current IP address is not in the ZIP code's country.
2. You use VPN to be in another country which is not the same as the ZIP code's country.

Please make sure your current IP's location is the same as your ZIP code's country.
