Adding cloud-based cameras in Nebula.
Freshman Member
Hello Friends out there. Greetings from Sweden.
I am a new private user of Nebula and impressed so far but I have a problem adding my D-link cloud based surveillance cameras into my network.
I cannot reach my SSID from within the D-link installation software. I.e once my iOS is connected to the camera's network it fails to connect to my Nebula SSID.
Since D-link is a major player; I think many in the community have faced similar problem and there might be some solutions..
I guess a firewall issue or similar.
Hope to receive som relies.
Thanks in advance.
Kind regarsds

Hi @Bootheflyer
What is your AP model and your camera model? Please also check the WiFi 5 generation your camera supports.
If it supports WiFi 5 but your AP is WiFi 7 AP and enables MLO, it will not connect since WiFi 5 devices don't support MLO.

Can you elaborate on problem. Are you getting an error when you try connecting them via wifi? What are you ssid settings? Are you using WPA2-Personal or something else? Guest Network? Vlan? What model AP's or Firewall with built in Wireless are you using.
