Replace VMG1312-B30A with VMG4005-B50A ?

Hello Community,

currently based on the maximum Broadband speed i'm useing the VMG1312-B30A (modem mode and connected to a firewall) a long time.

Now it's time to change the modem. Is the VMG4005-B50A a possible solution (modem mode) to be able to handle up to 250MBit down / 40 MBit up link without any high load on the device ?
