Help Interpreting System Log Message on EX3301

@Peter2 Thanks Peter. I think I might try setting a number of devices with static addresses and leave those that, for some strange reason, won't work with static ip's to dynamic and see what happens. At least is should reduce the number of this type of message appearing in the log.
It doesn't help though that some devices like Apple iPhones have the ability to change their MAC address, (or rather, use dummy MAC addresses), at will making it difficult forcing a static ip address on them.

This is getting crazy! I've allocated a number of devices with static ip addresses and I've also extended the lease time for those devices with dynamic ip addresses yet both types of device are being given ip addresses several times a day, every day according to the log.
