So next question. We are busy to make an API connection with our ticketing system. The question i received was: for which messages do you want to get a ticket. So we allready has some messages. But offcourse, we don't know every message which can be generated in Nebula. Maybe there are more messages which are interesting, but which we havent received yet.

So is there some kind of list with every message which can be generated by devices or nebula?

    Hi @Dpj,

Please allow me to ask some questions to narrow down this.

    1. What scenario will you get/create a ticket?
    2. What do you mean about the "every message"? Currently, Nebula will send you a notification when:
      1. Firmware upgrade schedule.
      2. Site alert/MSP alert. EX. Device offline/Security alert.
      3. License issue.

    Hello Melen,

With the API you can look through the eventlogs of the devices. So for example, i would like receive a ticket when an site-to-site vpn connection is down, or when an main or backup internet line is down. But i can think of many situations it would be nice to receive tickets. Maybe when a device is getting to hot for example (don't know if this is possible, but just for example). Some situation i can simulate, but it would also be possible that there are situations where we don't think about at the moment.

So it could be helpfull, if we get a list of messages what an Accesspoint / Switch / Firewall can produce, we can look through it, and get some more ideas about it.
