Hello,

Today we have some strange behaviour. arround 10 customers have all offline USG Flex 200 devices. All went offline at 02:27. The switches behind those firewall are still online!

    When i click test:

    Internet check: Ping check success
    Internet check: Nslookup check success
    Server check: Config Proxy hostname check success
    Server check: Monitor Proxy hostname check success
    Server check: Config Proxy socket check success
    Server check: Monitor Proxy socket check fail
    CP Server Connection Test: Success
    MP Server Connection Test: Fail

    What i also see, there is no reboot option for the firewall in the GUI? Its only physical possibile to let the device reboot? Or do i miss something

    it seems everything works ok

    also the vpn site to site connections are looking allright

    No, the Nebula connection test result is enough for us. Our engineer has narrowed down this issue and is fixing it now.
